The neighborhood community of Hilltop is located in central Plymouth off of Fernbrook Lane just south of Schmidt Lake Road. Hilltop features a mix of single family homes and townhomes offering great units and well designed homes in a family friendly community. The neighborhood boasts 15 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles and 30 townhome units. Homes for sale range from $350,000 to $550,000 in price. 

Hilltop features central location with easy access to some of the top shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in Plymouth. Some of these amenities include Rockford Plaza, Plymouth City Center, French Regional Park, West Medicine Lake Park Eagle Lake Regional Park, and Hollydale Golf Course. Residents of Hilltop are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. The closest school to Hilltop is Wayzata High School, which serves over 3,200 students in 9th through 12th grade providing a rigorous academic program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, and Plymouth Creek Elementary School.
